However, we understand that occasionally concerns may arise regarding your order. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines how we handle cancellations, exchanges, and disputes to ensure clarity and fairness for all customers.
1. No Refunds Once Order is Placed
At The Desire Print, each product is made to order—especially our custom gifts and personalized items. Once an order is placed, it enters our production queue immediately, which means we cannot offer refunds or cancellations after that point.
For non-customized items, please refer to our specific cancellation and return guidelines, if applicable.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Exceptions are handled only under the circumstances outlined below.
2. Exchanges for Customized or Printed Products
We take great pride in our customized products. If you receive an item with a printing issue, damage during production, or any mistake on our part, you’re eligible for an exchange.
To request an exchange, please:
Contact us within 1 day of receiving your order.
Provide photo evidence clearly showing the issue.
Once we confirm the error is on our end, we will replace the item at no extra cost.
Please note: We do not offer refunds, but we’ll make sure your replacement meets your expectations.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Receiving a damaged or incorrect item is frustrating—and we get that. At The Desire Print, fixing those errors is our top priority.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
Take clear photos of the item and issue.
Contact our support team with your images and a short description of the problem.
After confirmation, we’ll replace the item. Return shipping may be required, but if the fault is ours, we’ll cover the costs.
4. Exclusions to Return and Refund Policy
While we aim to be flexible, some exceptions apply:
Customized, printed, or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.
